Acorn Raised Iberico Jabugo Boneless Ham, with Designation of Origin Jamon de Huelva, is prepared traditionally and entirely handmade.
It comes from the acorn raised 100% pure iberian pig forelegs.
The pigs are raised in liberty in selected pastures of the Natural Park Sierra de Aracena. They are raised in herd and fattened on acorns, mushrooms, olives and natural plant roots.
When cut, this Iberico Ham offers a pure and bright red colour.
Its aroma is intense, own and unique.
At touch, it is smooth and glossy on the fingers.
When tasted, it is exquisite, elegant, fine and very intense, delicious and suggestive. This typical product of Andalusia leaves the taste buds impregnated with its clean white veins, causing astringency in the back of the throat, and so lasting its flavor in time.
