Acorn Raised Iberico Jabugo Pork Shoulder with Designation of Origin Jamon de Huelva, is made from acorn raised 100% pure iberian pigs forelegs.
The pigs are raised in liberty in selected pastures of the Natural Park Sierra de Aracena. They are raised in herd and fattened on acorns, mushrooms, olives and natural plant roots.
This Iberico Pork Shoulder undergoes an artisan ripening process in natural dryers.
This typical product of Andalusia has the same features as the Acorn Raised Iberico Ham, but it is more tasty.
When cut, it offers a pure and bright red colour.
Its aroma is intense, own and unique.
At touch, it is smooth and glossy on the fingers.
When tasted, it is exquisite, with a fine and elegant bouquet; plus it is very ntense, rich and suggestive. Ii impreganates the taste buds with its clean white veins, causing astringency in the back of the throat, and so lasting its flavor in time.
