Trabanco Natural Cider is an artisan and traditionally made typical product of Asturias ellaborated with bitter, acid and bittersweet apple varieties.
Trabanco Cider has over 197 acres of own plantations where they grow the varieties with the best organoleptic qualities.
The proper handling of the fruit along with a pickup at the right time of ripening makes possible to have an excellent quality raw material, controlled from the flowering to the pressing, thus achieving full traceability from the orchard to the bottle.
This excellent Natural Cider undergoes a process of fermentation at controlled temperatures in chestnut barrels.
In January and February dwindling all the cider is decanted in chestnut barrels.
It presents a vivid lemon-yellow colour on green backgrounds.
It offers a complex and dry aroma with hints of ripen apple and subtle aromatic herbs.
It has a noble flavor with dry tannins. It also has good acidity and citric aftertaste.
In a glass, it is fine and delicate, with good "espalme" (bubbles appearing when pouring the cider).
