Poma Aurea Trabanco Cider with Protected Designation of Origin Sidra de Asturias is artisan and traditionally made with the apple varieties Regona and Raxao.
Since 1925, Trabanco has been a synonymous of excellent Asturian cider, obtained from the best selected apple varieties and ellaborated using traditional methods. An exclusively familair business that has over 1976 acres of own plantations where they grow the raw materials with the best organoleptic qualities.
The Poma Aurea Cider is made with double fermentation and carbon of endogenous origin.
It presents a pale-yellow colour with fine and persistent bubbles and various nuclei.
It offers a flowery aroma with hints of hay orchard.
Its flavor is fruity and smooth.
