Extra Virgin Olive Oil Señorio de Vizcantar, with Designation of Origin Priego de Córdoba, is prepared using artisan and traditional methods, starting with the cultivation of the olive-trees under strict phytosanitary controls for pests and disease.
After a careful harvest, only the best fruits of the olive-tree are selected and transported to the olive press for an immediate milling, to avoid any damage to the olive.
Its aroma is olive fruity with herb touches, more green than mature. It has a final taste of apple, tomato and artichoke.
It goes into your mouth with a grass-green touch, and it ends with an olive leaf touch, leaving a perfect balance.
This oil is highly recommended for salads, toasts or stews, and it is ideal for frying by the presence of anti-oxidants and its high oleic acid content.
This oil is also recommended for skin use, because it promotes smoth and toned skin, softens it and and gives it a special glow.
