This Iberico Cebo Ham is a typical product of Salamanca elaborated in an artisan and traditional way from the hindlimnbs of the Iberian pig, fed in freedom with natural feed controlled by the Control Board, as a complement for the acorn os in an exclusive way.
It is characterized by an elongated, stylized, thin cane, with a ripening process between 20 and 26 months.
Regarding the exterior aspect, the white, blue or gray-green colour of its fungal flora stands out.
Its bacon is golden and shiny.
Its colour is vivid, and it is extraordinary to the smell.
It has a mild and slightly salty flavor.
