With Protected Geographical Indication Salchichon de Vic, it is very thick.
It has a deep-red colour. When cut, we can appreciate fat dices and peppercorns.
Due to its slow ripening process, the meat flavors dominate on the condiments, which give off a wonderful aroma when the sausage is cut.
It is recommended to taste it freshly cut.
The dense crumb bread is a great companion. It is ideal to enrich a salad, as an appetizer.
