A typical product from Andalusia, made from the rear legs of 100 % acorn raised Iberian pigs.
Raised in liberty in the Dehesas (pasturelands) in the northern zone of the province of Córdoba in a natural territory declared as the biosphere reserve Sierra Morena. The pigs are raised in a herd and fattened on sweet acorns.
