Natural Cider Trabanco Home-Grown is an artisan and traditionally made typical product of Asturias.
With over 1976 acres of own plantations, Trabanco is an exclusively familiar business that take maximum care to every detail, cultivating the varieties with the best organoleptic qualities.
A proper handling of the fruit along with the collection at the ideal time of ripening makes possible to have an excellent quality raw material controlled from the flowering to the pressing. This gives an added value to this Asturian cider, and they get full traceability from the orchard to the bottle.
It has been made with the best varieties of indigenous apples selected in their optimum moment of ripening.
The apple varieties that are used are: bitter, acid and bittersweet.
This cider is subjected to fermentation under controlled temperatures in chestnut barrels.
It offers a lemon-yellow colour on green backgrounds.
When smelt, aromas of green fruits and dried rose floral nuances stand out.
It has a flavor with good acidity and a citrus aftertaste.
Once in the glass, it is fine and delicate, with good "espalme".

- Para una asturiano del oeste de Asturias al que le guste la sidra, Navas y Villaviciosa son dos puntos de referencia. Y en Villaviciosa, la sidra de Trabanco es siempre apreciada.
