Extremadura is well-known for its production of high quality Spanish hams and porc shoulders. Thanks to the careful manufacturing by the craftsmen, the products are of truly exceptional quality.
This Spanish ham is cured during a period of 22 months.
It offers a great texture and a unique flavour, leaving a pleasant memory on your palate.
