Iberico Cebo Ham Jabugo is a typical product of Andalusia made from the iberian pig raised in liberty in selected pastures of the Natural Park Sierra de Aracena. They are raise in herd and fattened on acorns, mushrooms, olives and fodder or corn.
This Iberico Ham, completely artisan made, undergoes a natural ripening process in bodegas and dryers, in the cold and dry air mixed with the moisture from rains and the moderate summer heat of Corteconcepcion, in Sierra de Huelva.
It is an Iberico Cebo Ham with an excellent price-quality value, perfect for short times of consumption, for palates seeking a more affordable but exquisite flavor.
