Nairoa is a white wine with Designation of Origin Ribeiro, made from three grape varieties: 40% Treixadura, 30% Torrontés, 30% Other.
The Designation of Origin Ribeiro is the second oldest of Spain, officially recognized in 1932.
On the sunny slopes of the Arnoia region, the ancestral vines grow at an altitude of approximately 300 meters above sea level, where granitic soils and an atlantic climate mark the quality of the grape.
A traditional and low yield viticulture guarantees the harvest of some grapes which reflect the character of the variety and the terroir.
The harvest is done by hand in boxes and the grapes are selected at the bodega.
The grapes are fermented in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature.
The wine offers a pale yellow color with greenish reflections.
The bouquet features floral aromas and nuances of white fruits.
On the palate, this wine is balanced and pleasant.
A perfect company to rice, vegetables, pasta, fish and seafood.
