This Albarino is a blend of the best grapes from 500 acres of vineyards spread by the Salnes Valley, in northwest of Spain.
After a manual harvest, the best grapes the from the vineyards are selected, from young or centennial plantations on the slopes of the valley or by the sea.
The Albarino grape variety is characterized by the high quality of the wines that it produces, more and more recognized internationally.
This typical product of Galicia is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
It provides a bright, straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections.
When smelt, it is a very expressive and aromatic white wine; its fruity aromas (grapefruit, green apple) with herbal hints stand out.
It is an structured Albarino with shape and a good balace. It has a lively and combined acidity, tasty, soft and very fine.
When tasted, its freshness and breadth stand out. It has fruity nuances: pineapple, green apple, with citric hints that give a long end.
