Torta Cancho Roano cheese, with Designation of Origin Queso de La Serena, is artisan and traditionally made from 100% Merino sheep milk.

Its exterior has a yellowish colour and an oily sweat.

Its interiors is also yellow, and its rind brownish edges stand out.

It has an intense and persistent flavor with a bitter finish hint that adds a touch of elegance.

It is recommended to eat at a temperature of between 20 and 25 ºC (68-77 ºF).

Open it at the top with a knife, leaving its rind as a lid.

Once you start eating it, it is advisable to cover it with a plastic wrap and keep in the fridge.
