The Tagonius Crianza red wine is a typical product from Madrid made from the grape varieties Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Tempranillo.
The selected vineyards in La Veguilla, Villarejo road, have a particular soil character and a climate of cold winters and hot summers which provide the best conditions for the production of high quality wines.
This Crianza with Designation of Origin Vinos de Madrid remains in 60% French and 40% American oak barrels between 11 and 14 months.
It offers a bright, intense and clean cherry color with tile-colored borders which are typical for Crianza wines.
Its bouquet is quite intense with aromas of ripe black fruits (blackberry, cassis), mineral and tropical tones, roast aromas (cocoa, caramel), underwood, wrapped in excellent vanilla and wood perfumes.
On the palate, this wine is powerful and glyceric, slightly sweet and very long. Well polished tannins with a good structure. Full-bodied, with a good balance between acidity and alcohol, balanced and elegant.
Combination: Cured cheese, red meat and game.
