This white wine with Designation of Origin Rias Baixas is made from the 100% Albarino grape variety.
The vineyard from which the grapes come from to produce this excellent Albarino is located on the slopes of mount Galelo, Pontevedra. Its almost 250 acres benefit rom this location along the hillside, where they are not affected either by the valley fog nor by the humidity or the cold of the mountains. The southern orientation ensures a good insulation that promotes the proper ripening of the grapes.
This wine offers a yellow colour with greenish nuances, bright and clean.
When smelt, it is a wine of good intensity, rich in nuances, elegant and complex. Varietal character notes that convey floral and fruity nuances predominate.
When tasted, this wine is flavourful and oily, well balanced, lively and fresh. It is powerful and with a very persistent aftertaste.
This typical product of Galicia matches perfectly with shellfish, fish, poultry, rice and cheese.
