Barros Cream is a typical product of Extremadure, of the highest quality, artisan and traditionally made from Torta de Barros cheese, extra virgin olive oil and penicillium.
It is a cheese cream with a creamy texture, dotted with Penicillium (blue mold).
It has a straw color and it is more intense when the "torta" is more cured.
Its flavor is pronounced and intense, with a lingering spicy sensation.
Its aroma is intense and pungent, with spicy nuances.
It is recommended to be consumed at a temperature of 20 to 24 ºC (68-75 ºF).
