Wild Boar Head is a typical product of Catalonia, artisan made from the boar's head meat subjected to a heat treatment sufficient to achieve the desired protein coagulation.

It comes in a very homogeneous semicircular form, because it has been into the mold.
Its texture is very gelatinous and rubbery. It combines a fine and fluffy paste with pieces of well-seasoned tongue, which give it flavors and aromas that persist on the palate.
